2) Billing and Payment :

  • Establishment of any service is dependent upon receipt by the payment of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date.
  • You may cancel your service at anytime.

  • Please include any error messages and relevant information in your support ticket to make sure we have all the appropriate information to  troubleshoot your problem, Tickets with more information usually are resolved quicker.

  • We don’t provide services or support websites that host or serve Porn, adult, spam, hacking, piracy,Hate speech and other illegal content or activities.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain and validate your own backups with your hosting provider.
  • You authorize and permit us to contact vendors/blacklists (i.e: Google, Norton, etc) or any other entities on your behalf while managing your server or website security.
  • You authorize and permit us to collect virus/malware samples while working on, managing or monitoring your server or website to research threat techniques and develop defenses.
  • You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and safety of  your login info, passwords, devices, etc.

  • Customer agrees to indemnify “Nile.NET” Websites and it’s owners and employees for any claim or demand, suit or other action brought by any third party against “Nile.NET” or Nile Cyber Technology LLC. 
  • You agree to defend and indemnify us against, and hold us harmless from, any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind arising from or connected with the operation of your business or using our services.
